John Neathery, alumnus of ASU Sociology, was named this year's winner of the W. Ronald McCarter Teaching Excellence Award at Alamance Community College. He received his MA in Sociology and he has been teaching at Alamance Community College since 2003. In a comment to Dr. Ed Rosenberg, Graduate Director of Sociology, John wrote, "Thank you for all that you did to help me become an educator and sociologist! I would not have won this award without your guidance and tutelage."
