Starting in the Fall of 2018, Dr. Cameron Lippard will serve as the Senior Editor for Sociation Today, North Carolina Sociological Association’s open access research journal. He will lead an editorial team that includes two associate editors (Drs. Jake Day at University of NC—Wilmington and Monica Bixby Radu at Southeast Missouri State University) and book review editor, Dr. Lawrence Eppard at Shippensburg University.
In addition, Drs. J. Scott Carter (University of Central Florida) and Cameron Lippard will serve as co-editors of Sociological Inquiry starting in the Spring of 2019. This academic research journal is one of the top generalist sociology journals in the country and is associated with Alpha Kappa Delta, International Sociology Honors Society.
Both journals have been instrumental in delivering cutting edge articles highlighting sociological research on several topics. Dr. Lippard hopes to carry on the success of both sociology journals and looks forward to working with scholars from the U.S. and abroad in publishing top-notch research and theoretical commentary.
