Over the last several years, Dr. Ed Rosenberg has worked with several international scholars across southeast Asia and particularly in Thailand. His research and work with graduate students in the area have focused on a number of projects examining older adults and their lives as it pertains to health and living arrangements.
His most recent efforts led to two publications in the Bangkok Medical Journal. One research article titled, "Predicting Factors of Successful Aging..." examined identifying factors that explained, "successful aging" among older adults living together in small communities. The second article titled, "Effect of Cognitive Stimulation Therapy Program..." used a quasi-experimental design to see whether cognitive stimulation therapy led to better cognitive abilities among older adults with dementia.
