Project C.A.R.E. (Caregiver Alternatives to Running on Empty), an evidence-based state-funded program to benefit dementia caregivers, will be the subject of a presentation by Project C.A.R.E. Family Consultant Karen Phoenix on Thursday, February 16 at 2:00 pm at the Watauga County Project on Aging (132 Poplar Grove Connector, Suite A) in Boone.
