ASU and the Department of Sociology take academic dishonesty and plagiarism seriously. Cheating on exams or using other people's words, thoughts, or ideas as your own cheapens your education and makes all of ASU and its disciplines look less than professional. There are severe penalties for either offense, so please take the time and read over ASU's policies on these matters (linked below).
